Josh is native to Northern Virginia residing here for over 30 years. Josh was a former project manager for 8 years and currently with  over 9 years in professional sales in retail and B2B (Business to Business). During his college years he studied business administration and marketing. Josh’s passion for the real estate industry led him to become a Realtor in 2018, joining the Pearson Smith Realty Brokerage.
